Chas is the founder of Ethos CRS, its former CEO and current chair. Previously, he worked as a writer, professional economist and economic adviser. Chas has expertise in economics, speechwriting, clear and effective communication and policy.
Dr Mary Quilty
Director, learning design | Senior facilitator and adviser
Mary is a learning and development program specialist who has worked in the Australian Public Service and as an editor with Oxford University Press. She has expertise in policy development, communication, workshop design and facilitation.
Helen Portillo-Castro
Director, content | Senior facilitator and adviser
Helen is a specialist in publishing, editing and facilitation. She has expertise in linguistics, digital content design, communication and the development of materials for learning and development programs. She was the supervising editor on the first digital Australian Government Style Manual.
Jacqueline Menyhart

Jacqueline is a senior executive and lawyer with experience across the Australian and New South Wales public services, the not-for-profit and private sectors. She has expertise in facilitation, change management and leadership. She advises on training needs analysis, learning and organisational development.
John Owens

John is a senior executive with experience in the Australian Public Service, the Australian Defence Force, the university and private sectors. He has experience in policy, intelligence and service delivery.
Lynn Sweeney

Lynn is an executive with experience in the Victorian Public Service, local government and the university sector. She has expertise in urban planning, infrastructure and policy research, development and implementation.
Shivani Pillay
Director, training delivery and evaluation | Senior facilitator and adviser
Leads the smooth delivery of Ethos CRS workshops as well as the coordination and analysis of participant evaluation data.
As a facilitator, Shivani brings her background in medical science and mathematics, and her expertise in teaching.
