Andrew Taylor
Director, photography
Andrew is a leading photographer, formerly heading the federal Parliamentary Press Gallery photographic offices for The Age, The Sydney Morning Herald and The Australian Financial Review. He has photographed prime ministers and presidents, governors’ general and premiers, departmental secretaries and everyday Australians.
Antoni Timotheou
Director, business services
Antoni manages Ethos CRS financial systems including work orders, payment schedules, client invoicing and payroll.
Cass McGufficke
Assistant manager, content
Cass is a specialist in linguistics, editing and communication. She has masters’ degrees in applied linguistics and applied positive psychology.
Cassandra McKenzie
Senior facilitator and adviser
Cassandra is a specialist healthcare practitioner with experience in the Queensland, Tasmanian and New South Wales public services. She has expertise as a paramedic, in operations, management strategy and governance.
Charlie Turton
Support officer, training delivery and evaluation
Charlie is an administrator supporting the delivery of Ethos CRS workshops, programs and evaluation. She is currently studying a bachelor of international relations and a bachelor of arts, demography.
Chas Savage
Chair | Senior facilitator and adviser
Chas is the founder of Ethos CRS, its former CEO and current chair. Previously, he worked as a writer, professional economist and economic adviser. Chas has expertise in economics, speechwriting, clear and effective communication and policy.
Dr Mary Quilty
Director, learning design | Senior facilitator and adviser
Mary is a learning and development program specialist who has worked in the Australian Public Service and as an editor with Oxford University Press. She has expertise in policy development, communication, workshop design and facilitation.
Efon Luwala
Support officer, training delivery and evaluation
Efon is an administrator supporting Ethos CRS workshop deliveries. She also assists with the business development team. She is currently studying a bachelor of arts and bachelor of politics and international relations.
