Ethos CRS was a finalist in the 2023 AITD Excellence Awards for a blended written communication program co-designed with the Department of Health, Disability and Ageing.
The program was designed as a contemporary and innovative solution to address an identified capability gap. It included the development and delivery of 10 contextualised workshops and 10 short skill-specific videos, called Write Bites.
The workshops were delivered to more than 1,600 participants. After each workshop, participants were able to reprise their learning with the videos at a time and pace of their choosing.
While we did not win the award, Ethos CRS was thrilled that the program saw an uplift in literacy, communication and data skills, inclusion and cultural capability across the department.
