The learning design approach we adopted for this standout project – focusing on the different dimensions of management and leadership – now informs all our leadership workshops and programs. These core managerial skills are essential for thriving at the executive level.
Working closely with a government agency to lift their team’s managerial capability, Ethos CRS designed and delivered 4 targeted pilot workshops that received an overwhelmingly positive response. This led to our delivery of workshops to 2 additional cohorts. Ninety-two per cent of participants agreed that they would recommend the program to a colleague. The remaining 8%? They strongly agreed they would recommend the workshops.
